I have started to mess around with Augmented Reality, which is very hard when you have no idea what you are getting yourself into. The first day that I started I was working with a friend on ROAR AR which is a very easy to use program. After about ten minute of messing around we found our first issue, textures. From what we found is that you can only really use one texture on a model at a time. We never really found a way around that besides making multiple projects and then overlapping to make a final project. After messing around for a whole class we learned that Skills 21 is using Zappar, which is another kind of AR program. I have just started to look at it, and while it seems complicated there are plenty of tutorials that I can use to help my project.
